For Costomized Product: We issue refunds for a product before initiating the process of converting a photo to the artwork. we will not provide any refund once the product is created or initiated for the conversion.
the delivered product will return and replaced only if the delivered product has physical damage caused by shipping.
The cancelation of the product will not be applicable once the artwork is ready.
